Wednesday practice- 7-29-09

Wednesday practice we were missing several folks! Be sure if you are going to miss that we know about it. We planned on working some stunts but were not able to since we were missing so many! Please just send an email mpacoaches@yahoo.com or text 614-361-7351 to Coach Heather so we know!

Here are some great things that happened at practice! There are lots more so keep checking back to see all the Fabulous action!

• Madison got her standing BHS on the cheese wedge by herself! Yahoo!
• Brcie did her Round off BBHS on the floor! Way to go!
• Nicole did clean/no head bonking BHS on the cheese wedge! Way to clean it up!
• Kaitlyn did her round off BHS on the floor! Yippee!
• Alison got her kick over on the cheese wedge! Keep it going!

We weren't able to video tape but we will get some videos of all you great tumblers next week!
